The Fluid Solar Thermal panel boosts the performance of selected evacuated tube collectors sufficient to generate low temperature steam in large volumes. Low temperature steam (120°C-140°C) production is practicable and with the capability of producing low cost renewable solar energy for numerous industrial and manufacturing purposes.
Low temperature steam can be stored as hot water under pressure, and then "flashed" to saturated steam using standard steam and boiler technology. Flashed steam can be used in any suitable industrial process, produced for the first time using non-moving Fluid Solar Panels in large volumes, replacing or augmenting fossil fuel powered systems.
Roof-top production is suitable for many industrial processes, where large flat roof-top areas are typically available close to the site of steam consumption in the industrial operations.
